Dal 15 novembre 2021 il nuovo servizio dell’ ANPR (Anagrafe Nazionale della Popolazione Residente) del Ministero Dell Interno che consente ai cittadini di poter consultare i propri dati anagrafici ed elettorali, scaricare autocertificazioni, scaricare i certificati anagrafici per sé o per un componente della propria famiglia anagrafica, effettuare un cambio residenza, dichiarare il proprio domicilio digitale .

Di seguito i link per avere tutte le informazioni ed accedere al servizio:

Description

As of 15 November 2021, the new service ANPR (National Register of the Resident Population) of the Ministry of the Interior allows citizens to consult their personal, registry, and electoral data, download self-certifications, download registry certificates for themselves or for a member of their household, register a change of residence, and/or declare their digital domicile.

The following certificates can be downloaded:

1. marriage registry certificate;

2. birth registry certificate;

3. civil union registry certificate;

4. citizenship certificate;

5. cohabitation agreement certificate;

6. certificate of existence in life;

7. residence certificate;

8. AIRE residence certificate;

9. residence in a communal living arrangement certificate;

10. civil status certificate;

11. family status certificate;

12. AIRE family status certificate;

13. family status certificate with family relationships;

14. family status and civil status certificate;

15. certificate of marital status (single status);

16. certificate of enjoyment of political rights;

17. certificate of registration on the electoral rolls.

Si accede al portale con la propria identità digitale (SPID, Carta d'Identità Elettronica o CNS - Carta nazionale dei servizi).                                                                                                                            

Se la richiesta è per un familiare, verrà mostrato l’elenco dei componenti della famiglia per cui è possibile richiedere un certificato. Verranno richiesti al momento COGNOME, NOME, DATA DI NASCITA E CODICE FISCALE del familiare al quale è indirizzata la richiesta. Il servizio, inoltre, consente la visione dell'anteprima del documento per verificare la correttezza dei dati e di poterlo scaricare in formato .pdf o riceverlo via mail.

How to Obtain a Certificate

Access to the portal is granted through a personal digital identity (SPID, Electronic Identity Card – CIE, or CNS – National Services Card).

If the request is made for a family member, a list of household members for whom a certificate can be requested will be displayed. You will be asked to provide the SURNAME, FIRST NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AND TAX CODE of the family member to whom the request is addressed. The service also allows you to preview the document to verify the accuracy of the data and to download it in PDF format or receive it by email.

What You Get

Depending on the type of request, the relevant document or requested operation will be provided.

Peri visure dati, certificati, autocertificazioni il rilascio è immediato. 

Per residenza la pratica viene trasmessa nell'immediato al Comune e la conclusione del procedimento avviene entro 45gg salvo eventuali sospensioni. 

Il domicilio digitale viene subito registrato.

Timing and deadlines

For data records, certificates, and self-certifications, issuance is immediate.

For changes of residence, the application is forwarded immediately to the Municipality and the procedure is completed within 45 days, unless suspended.

The digital domicile is registered immediately.

I certificati sono rilasciati gratuitamente se esenti da imposta di bollo, altrimenti potrai effettuare il pagamento di €16,00 nella piattaforma dedicata e successivamente si potrà scaricare il certificato.

Costs

Certificates are issued free of charge if exempt from stamp duty, otherwise, a payment of €16,00 can be made through the dedicated platform, after which the certificate can be downloaded.
