I cittadini stranieri che  trasferiscono la propria dimora abituale all’estero devono comunicarlo al Comune compilando il modello cancellazione per stato estero.

I cittadini italiani che trasferiscono la propria dimora abituale in uno stato estero devono recarsi presso il Consolato della circoscrizione consolare ove ha sede il luogo di dimora scelto chiedendo l’iscrizione.
Il consolato provvede a darne comunicazione al Comune per chiedendo l’iscrizione nell’Anagrafe degli Italiani Residenti all’Estero.

Description

Foreign citizens who transfer their habitual residence abroad must notify the Municipality by completing the dedicated form for cancellation due to relocation abroad.

Italian citizens who transfer their habitual residence to a foreign country must go to the Consulate responsible for the consular district where their chosen place of residence is located and request registration.
The Consulate will then notify the Municipality, requesting registration in the Register of Italians Resident Abroad (AIRE).

Cittadini stranieri:

• compilare e sottoscrivere il modulo presso l’Ufficio Anagrafe del Comune
• consegnare modulo compilato e sottoscritto presso l’Ufficio Anagrafe o all’Ufficio Protocollo completo di copia del documento di identità del o dei sottoscrittori
• spedito per posta elettronica certificata all’indirizzo protocollo.comune.casteldelci@pec.it completo di copia del documento di identità del o dei sottoscrittori
• spedito per posta raccomandata AR a Comune di Casteldelci Ufficio Anagrafe Piazza San Nicolò n. 2 47861 completo di copia del documento di identità del o dei sottoscrittori

Cittadini italiani: 

Devono recarsi al consolato.

How To Apply

Foreign citizens:

• Fill in and sign the form at the Municipality’s Registry Office.

• Submit the completed and signed form to the Registry Office or to the Protocol Office, complete with a copy of the identity document of the signatory/signatories.

• Send the completed and signed form by certified email (PEC) to the municipal protocol address protocollo.comune.casteldelci@pec.it, complete with a copy of the identity document of the signatory/signatories.

• Send the completed and signed form by registered mail with return receipt to: Comune di Casteldelci – Ufficio Anagrafe - Piazza San Nicolò no. 2 - 47861, complete with a copy of the identity document of the signatory/signatories.

Italian citizens:

• Must go to the Consulate.

Cancellazione dall'anagrafe per gli stranieri. 

Iscrizione all'AIRE (Anagrafe Italiana Residenti All'Estero) per i cittadini italiani.
